How to Cancel Snorely Pro in Google Play
To cancel Snorely Pro, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Snorely, and tap Cancel subscription. Follow the remaining prompts to finish. Uninstalling Snorely or using Delete all data does not cancel your subscription. Use the Google Account that paid for Pro, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Cancel on your Android phone
Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture or initial at the top right. Choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Open the Snorely entry and tap Cancel subscription. Complete any reason or confirmation prompts Google Play shows. Opening the subscription details alone does not finish the process. Google Play’s guide, How to set a budget and manage subscriptions, confirms this menu path. If you have several subscriptions, check that you are canceling Snorely before confirming.
Start from Snorely’s Settings if you prefer
In Snorely, open Settings using the gear icon on the home screen. When Pro is recognized as active, the card says Snorely Pro is active, with Manage your subscription in Google Play underneath. Tap that card to open Google Play’s subscription management page. The Pro offer screen also includes a Manage subscription link alongside Restore purchase, Privacy, and Terms. These shortcuts take you to Play; you still need to complete cancellation there. If a shortcut does not show the subscription you expect, open the Play Store directly and check its Subscriptions list.
Cancel from a computer if your phone is unavailable
Open the Google Play website in a browser and sign in to the Google Account used for the purchase. Go to its subscriptions page, find Snorely, and click Manage. Choose Cancel subscription, select a reason when prompted, and click Continue. Follow any remaining confirmation instructions. Google Play Help’s Cancel, pause, or change a subscription guide describes this computer route. You do not need to reinstall Snorely on your phone to manage the purchase through Google Play.
Check that renewal has stopped
After completing the prompts, reopen Snorely’s subscription details in Google Play and check the cancellation status and access end date. Keep a screenshot for your records. For a standard paid subscription cancellation, you normally retain access for the time already paid for; follow any different terms shown in Play’s confirmation. Snorely can therefore still show Pro as active after renewal has stopped. That label describes access to Pro features, so use Google Play’s subscription details to check billing status rather than waiting for the app’s Pro label to disappear.
Cancel a trial before its end date
If you accepted a Snorely Pro trial, check its end date in Google Play and complete cancellation before that date if you do not want the paid subscription. Google Play Help’s Subscribe to services or content guide explains that a trial moves into paid billing when it ends unless canceled beforehand. Do not assume that every account has the same trial or that simply trying Snorely’s free recording features starts one. Check the subscription terms associated with your own purchase, and use Play’s confirmation to see when access ends.
If Snorely is missing from your subscriptions
Check the account first. In the Play Store, tap your profile picture or initial, tap the down arrow beside the account, and select another Google Account you use. Check Subscriptions again. Google Play Help’s Fix problems with subscriptions guide also recommends finding the original subscription receipt in your other email accounts to identify the purchasing account. If the subscription was bought using a family member’s account, it must be located there. An empty list in one account does not establish that the purchase was canceled.
If the app says no active subscription was found
Snorely’s Restore purchase button checks for existing Pro access; it does not cancel renewal. The app can show No active subscription found when a connection or Google Play check fails, so that message alone does not establish your billing status. Check the subscription directly in Google Play before buying again or assuming charges have stopped. If Play shows paid access but Snorely does not recognize it, contact Snorely support at support@hugosoftware.net. Describe the mismatch and keep the purchase receipt available; never send your Google password or full card details.
What changes when Pro access ends
Snorely’s free features include night recording, the nightly score, clip playback and sharing, tagging, and access to your latest three real nights. Pro adds access to older saved nights, the trend chart, and Insights comparisons. When Pro access ends, those paid areas become restricted. Losing access to an older saved night is different from deleting it, and cancellation itself does not run Snorely’s Delete all data action. You can keep using the free features without starting another subscription. Avoid deleting data as a way to troubleshoot billing.
If you were already charged
Cancellation and a refund request are separate steps. Cancel renewal first if you want future billing to stop, then use Google Play Help’s Request a refund on Google Play guidance for the payment you want reviewed. On the Google Play website, open your profile, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, find the order, and choose Report a problem. Explain the issue and request a refund. Google’s refund policies depend on the purchase, timing, payment method, and location, so cancellation does not guarantee money back.

Frequently asked questions
Does Restore purchase turn automatic renewal back on?
Snorely’s Restore purchase button checks an existing purchase for Pro access; it does not place a new subscription order. Google Play’s Resubscribe control is a different action. Check which control you are using.
What if I accidentally choose Resubscribe after canceling?
Google explains that resubscribing before a canceled subscription expires reverses the cancellation and lets renewal continue. If you completed that action unintentionally, return to the subscription details and cancel again.
Is pausing the same as canceling?
No. A pause temporarily suspends an eligible subscription, and payments can resume afterward. Only some subscriptions offer it. If you want renewal to stop, choose cancellation rather than assuming a pause is permanent.
What if there is no Cancel subscription button?
Read the subscription’s status and check whether it is already canceled or expired. If you still cannot stop an upcoming renewal, use the cancellation help flow in Google Play Help’s Cancel, pause, or change a subscription guide. Keep the receipt available so you can identify the purchase.
